Bug#369046: konqueror: Selecting text leaves lines at bottom of paragraph

Go to http://www.linuxjournal.com/article/3529. Select a bunch of
text, including the bottom line of a paragraph (all the way to the end
of that line, including the paragraph break so to speak). Then click
elsewhere. There is a small line below the bottom line of the
paragraph. Select some text in the paragraph, and it goes away.
Switch tabs and it goes away.
I haven't experinced anything like it on other sites (at least I
haven't noticed). I also tried article 3528. I don't experience the
behaviour at </li>, but I do at the end of paragraphs in that
article. My guess would be that it has something to do with the
stylesheet, but I haven't really looked into it.
