Bug#368267: konqueror: kfmclient might do better to be packaged differently

Package: konqueror
Severity: wishlist

I'm not sure where to report this, but I'm filing this under konqueror
because kfmclient appears to be packaged there.

The problem is quite simple, and affects some other bugs (for example,
#352870 describes one of the symptoms). Specifically, KDE seems to depend
on kfmclient to open URLs, *even* when you use kcontrol to pick another
web browser. I pointed it to gnome-moz-remote or firefox, and when I
clicked on any link in any kde app, it always complained about kfmclient which
wasn't installed.

I'm not a KDE expert, but to me it seems that *if* kfmclient is used to handle
all URLs even when Konqueror is not used, it's a part of infrastructure that
should be put to some more "fundamental" package (kdebase-bin?).
Consider, for comparison, GNOME's equivalent, /usr/bin/gnome-moz-remote,
which is in gnome-bin rather than epiphany-browser!
