  this looks like a kwin bug, do you still have it ? if yes, does a
fresh user has it on your computer ? if no, then consider sending your
.kde/share/config/kwinrc

  If you still encounter that problem, I'd say your kwinrc has been
corrupted, and that it'll be quite hard to know why. If you don't
encounter the bug anymore, please close it.
