Bug#366000: kde: hides parts of screen when moving slidebar in every graphic window

in every window that has a slidebar (vertical end/or horizontal), when
moving it, I get rectangular regions of the screen covered with a
uniform white-like color. it goes away only when I left click on the
desktop end select "refresh desktop" or something similar.
