Kaudiocreator stores .wavs of ripped CD data in /tmp.  However, it does not
allow a specification of the location of this data, and many tmp filesystems
are not designed to deal with data of such magnitude.  A reasonable place to
put those files are alongside the destination MP3s, but it should be
configurable in any case.

Unless I'm missing something, the Ripper configuration allows to determine the temporary directory.
