I recently upgrade from testing to unstable on a Toshiba Tecra M1.
Since then Kalarm appears to briefly start and then crashes with SIGSEGV.

I found that removing the existing files in ~/.kde/share/apps/kalarm/
resolves the issue so it appears to something to so with support of
.ics files from a older version. Adding new alarms then works fine
unless you want to add a sound to it (see other bug report for that).

KDE crash handler gives the following in the backtrace panel:
