Package: kmail
Version: 4:2.2.2-14.23
Severity: normal

Reproduction: new message, write some stuff, check encryption icon
and press send. A new window opens, supposed to show an encrypted message,
but it contains the same message unchanged. Tried to send it, but it
remains the same.
Also, "Sign message" option renders shaded, not being able even
to check it.

On the other hand, decryption and signature verification works fine.
