Bug#321102: please don't

> FYI, since upgrading to KDE 3.5.2 (Debian), my KMail IMAP problems and crashes

No, please! Don't close the bug "just in case it has been fixed".
Upstream confirmed the bug, marked them as hard to reproduce and
*unlikely to fix* in the next time due issues with KDE's IMAP-IO slave.
I would not close this bug until the upstream bugreports have been
explicitly closed by upstream (Which is not the case right now).

I know it's tempting to close RC bugs in order to let a recent KDE-Pim
enter testing, but I would not like to expose other users unnecessarily
to a possible risk of data.

A better solution would be to increase the pressure on upstream to fix
this bug. I have the feeling, that closing this bug is not really No 1
on their priority list... (according to the time the bug has been open now)

Kind regards,

Bastian
