Bug#360980: kdebase-kio-plugins: Help button in Storage Media doesn't work

Clicking the Help button in Storage Media has no effect, except that
kcmshell media; outputs "khelpcenter: WARNING: Main template file name is
empty.".
Note that actually, when run in kcmshell, selecting the Help button does
open a new window, but without any help.
This happens on the 2 Etch boxes this was tried on.
