Bug#225321: knode: remove citation marks does not work for multiple marks

the citation mark is "> " and not ">", see the extra space needed to met the
required tag.
kmail do exactly the same behavior so your expected output is wrong.
If you use add/remove feature, it uses right tag, and do what is expected.
If you want this behavior, it's a wishlist. Please keep me informed if you
really want this behavior so i can forward to upstream and tags if necessary,
or close the bug.
