ktheme files are just .tar.gz files, but named ".ktheme". If you try
to open one of them with ark, it correctly detects it as a .tar.gz,
but gives an annoying message about how .tar.gz files must be named
correctly.

To reproduce:

1) make sure kcontrol is installed
2) ark /usr/share/apps/kthememgr/Themes/Default.ktheme
3) ark says: "Gzip archives need to have the extension `gz'.
4) ark exits

While this specifically comes up trying to open ktheme files, in
general there are a lot of times when an application, for one reason
or another, uses a .tar.gz format but with a different file name. ark
should support these if they are recognized as .tar.gz files.
