The konqueror context menu does not allow anymore to archive directories or extract archives since version 3.3.0 of ark. The servicemenu file was present in ark version 3.2.3 but disappeared in version 3.3.0 (/usr/share/apps/konqueror/servicemenus/ark_directory_service.desktop)

Hi, please reopen if the context menu is still not present after making sure konq-plugins is installed. The files for the old context menu are not shipped anymore.
