Bug#350780: kate: indentation settings not applied until restart

	Hello,

kate used to apply indentation settings from the configuration panel as
soon as OK was pressed. It now needs to be restarted which is fairly
inconvenient when one often has to change between real tab indentation
and white space indentation.
