Bug#347903: May it be possible to install both kdesdk and kdesvn?

Hello,

Making kdesdk depend on:
"kdesdk-kio-plugins (>= ${Source-Version}) | kdesvn-kio-plugins"
...should be more or less harmless, given the assumption that those who want
kdesvn-kio-plugins realize that it is a replacement for kdesdk-kio-plugins
(which only contains the SVN ioslave anyway).

I'll commit this change unless anyone has a better suggestion. We just
uploaded kdesdk, so there won't be another upload for a little while,
though.

Cheers,
Christopher Martin
