Bug#326627: qtdmm: builds against non-treaded Qt libraries, which will be removed soon

Hello,

  qtdmm should build-depend on libqt3-mt-dev instead of libqt3-dev. This
  is particularly important to get fixed since we (the Debian Qt/KDE
  Maintainers) are planning on removing the non-threaded libraries in
  our next upload or so.
