This bug is still current in korganizer-3.3.2-3. I am using a SLOX (SUSE
Linux OpenXchange Server) and timezone Europe/Berlin. Every created
appointment jumps back 2 hours after reloading from the server or
restarting Korganizer. I think this can be called data loss.
