Bug#341921: kmail: KMail is not installable, because it depends on the now conflicting kdelibs4c2

KMail is not installable. Package manager removed when migrating my system
from kdelibs4c2 to kdelibs4c2a, then did not installed it again. I lost
the ability to send/receive mail in the usual way. Many other packages are
also affected, such as KMix and Quanta. The unstable repository seems to be
seriously broken, at least for me.
