Bug#324893: Many kde packages not installable because of kdelibs

This is expected.  KDE, along with the rest of unstable is going through a gcc 
transition.  KDE will be uninstallable in sid until all of KDE has been 
recompiled with the new gcc.  arts and kdelibs were the first parts to 
undergo the transition.

If you must have kde right now, your options are:
1) Downgrade to testing.  If you can't deal with transitions like this you 
probably shouldn't be running unstable to start with.
2) Install kdelibs and any dependencies from testing, install the rest of kde 
from unstable.
3) Install kdelibs from unstable.  Compile the rest of kde yourself.
4) Wait for a few weeks until the rest of kde in unstable has been built 
against gcc 4.0.
