kmail removes last white space if subject contains german umlaut
Hi.
If I send an email (out of KMail) with the subject "Müller Schulze Schmidt" it
is saved as
=?iso-8859-1?q?M=FCller_Schulze?= Schmidt
in "~/Mail/sent-mail/cur/".
The received mail doesn't contain a white space between
"Schulze" and "Schmidt" any more ("Müller SchulzeSchmidt"):
=?iso-8859-1?Q?M=FCller=20SchulzeSchmidt?=
Sending it with Mozilla Thunderbird 1.0.2 the subject line is saved
correctly as:
=?ISO-8859-15?Q?M=FCller_Schulze_Schmidt?=
I haven't read the appropriate rfc but I think the whole subject line should
be encoded (iso-8859-1).
My system:
Debian 3.1
KMail 1.7.2
KDE 3.3.2
Send emails: SMTP, port 25
Receive emails: POP3, port 110
