Bug#301536: libkdecore.so.4: undefined symbol: init_keyboard_layout

I'm now running alioth kde 3.4.0+3.4.1 from some time ago (when 3.4.1 
packages started to appear there). Currently I have:
kdelibs4 3.4.1-1
kdebase-bin 3.4.1-1

Now the same message comes from a different library:

this is probably irrelevant (maybe worth another bug report?):
