Can you clarify? That bug report does not explain where the conclusion
comes that this is caused by kdelibs4 <-> kdelibs-bin interdepency. Last
time we digged the "kde gets removed in dist-upgrade" bugs, apt
developers blamed it on having lots of versioned conflicts. however,
removing them did not help.
