well, I've tried it, maybe it was my nvidia card, but transludency was slow as hell (yeah, *really hyper* slow). still, xorg without those effects seems a bit faster than xfree, and may worth the risk. -- ·O· Pierre Habouzit ··O OOO http://www.madism.org
