Bug#300562: KMail insists on downloading URLs before passing them to Galeon

There should be an option in KControlCenter to choose your
standard browser. Maybe you should just choose Galeon there.
The option is somewhere under "KDE-components->Component
selection" (or something similar, I don't use an english
version). I don't know if this is the same in KDE 2, but there
should be something similar.

If that solves your issue, please close the bug report.
