Bug#294984: kmail requires gnupg-1.9 development version

The bug report is pretty comprehensive.
But still, it depends on a package which is not in any of the distribution's 
(sarge/sid) release yet. Isn't that going to harm the release of sarge ???

Can we expect people to fetch some packages (in source) from outside and 
manually compile it to work with the distrib ? How will we call it integrated 
then ? It'll be difficult for newbies/desktop users who don't do much 
digging.
