Justification: renders package unusable

The documentation of this package in
/usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/de/ksim/common
is populated with dead symbolic links. E.g.
ndex.html -> ../../en/common/index.html

cat: ../../en/common/index.html : No such file or directory
The executable seems to be missing.
There is no such thing as /usr/bin/ksim.
Due to the lack of documentation I assume this package is broken.
