Bug#183702: marked as done (ftp.debian.org: dist-upgrade triggers massive kde uninstall)

This should address all the kde upgrading woes. See [1] for details.
Short summary: the only tool that can't upgrade is apt-get from woody.
aptitude from woody (which is recommended in the Release Notes) does
fine.
