This patch is now tested by me and works great. For the first time ever, I 
have the same font as in xterm in konsole in a default user installation! The 
other font sizes still seem to work.

I have submitted info on this bug upstream as bug 97480:

Please comment on the patch and if it works for you, too, on whether we could 
put it in Debian's kdebase package until upstream takes it or a similiar 
patch.
