Bug#290973: kopete: Wrong shortcut for submit/new-line on main-keyboard

Hi,

kopete uses since this version a wrong shortcut-definition for the main-part of the 
keyboard:
Normally Enter generates a new line and Ctrl-Enter submits the text. Since this kopete 
these behaviour interchanges, BUT on numpad the old (=correct) behaviour is working:-/
This is really horrifying.
