Bug#290330: krdc: Window doesn't close on Windows session logout

Ever since the KDE 3.3.1 upgrade, when I access a Windows server with
krdc and logout of that Windows session, krdc does not exit when the
Windows server ends the session.  I must click on the window's close
button to get rid of it.
