  yes, it's true.

  oh, it was only a suggestion. note, however, that the packages are
  compiled from a 'stable 3.3.2 release', and that they've received
  quite testing now. we believe they're ready for general consumption,
  and we'll start uploading 3.3.2 to sid (aiming to sarge) in the next
  week.
