Bug#289343: juk: Fails to start

Justification: renders package unusable

After last night's dist-upgrade, I can no longer run JuK:

  pwh@angel:~$ juk
  juk: error while loading shared libraries: libFLAC.so.4: cannot open
  shared object file: No such file or directory

My suspicions are this could be a problem with the flac package (1.1.1-1
installed):
