Bug#240027: kdm: keyboard not working on startup

hi there,

i have just upgraded two system from kdm 3.2.x to 3.3.1-3 and
experienced a failure off my keyboard after reboot on two systems. on both system my intention was to keep the kdmrc file. 

when disabling kdm at boot and starting it manually, input devices are OK. when reinstalling kdm 3.3.1-3 and replacing kdmrc during kdm install, the functionality seems to be restored.
