Bug#230006: kdelibs-bin: konqueror reports "Could not start process Can't talk to klauncher"

I started by renaming the entire share/config and then konqueror started.

I then started doing:
$ killall kdeinit
$ cp config-orig/<file> ../config
$ konqueror

After copying all the files back and it still all worked, I ran
	diff -q -r config config-orig
and then copied those files back one at a time too.
Everything still worked.

Then I realized the apt-get upgrade I had done
earlier in the day must have fixed it.  :^/
*sigh*.

After copying config-orig/kconf_updaterc to config/,
the following (new) output:

Id 'kde2.2/r1' was already in done-list!
Id 'kde2.2/r2' was already in done-list!
Id 'kde2.2/r3' was already in done-list!
Id 'kde3.0' was already in done-list!
Id 'kde2.2/b1' was already in done-list!
Id 'kde3.1/cvs' was already in done-list!
Id 'kde-3.1-toolbar' was already in done-list!

Perhaps that was the bug and it's been fixed.
In any case, it's time to close this bug.
