Because Debian only has libmal-dev and not libmal0-dev and libmal1-dev

The problem is not to execute programs linked with libmal0 (libmal0 is
still available in testing). The problem is that it is not possible
anymore to _compile_ program using libmal0.

The alternatives are:
1. remove support of libmal
2. patch to support libmal1 instead of libmal0

I am working on option 2 for kpilot.
