Bug#269763: kppp: package recommends obsolete kdebase-libs
I can't find any Recommends: kdebase-libs in the whole kdenetwork
package (nor any other KDE package). Anyway, I'd be glad if somebody
else double-checked, just to be sure, and close if appropriate.
