Package: kcontrol
Version: 4:3.2.1-1
Severity: grave
Tags: l10n
Justification: renders package unusable

If I enable keyboard layout (with french keyboard), the ALTGR key is
not usable anymore meaning that you cannot get | symbol which is very
annoying on xterms...

Note : using xf86cfg an applying the current keyboard again restore things.
Note1 : kde-i18n-fr 3.2.1 is not eyt available but I tried kde-i18n-fr 3.2.0
from experiemental and it does not fix the problem.
Note2 : the same bug applies on two machine with very diffrent keyboard here
(one ASUS laptop; and one very old french keyboard)...
