Bug#280840: kdegames: should Build-Conflict with autoconf2.13 or should stop running autoconf at buildtime

The kdegames package should either Build-Conflict with autoconf2.13 or
stop running the autotools regeneration stuff at build time, otherwise
the build script finds 2.13 version and dies even though 2.5x is also
installed. I think one of the m68k admins is going to requeue the
package to be built so it won't have to be rebuilt everywhere just to
fix this one problem.
