Hi Jeff.

I'm trying to reproduce this here, but doesn't happens to me. I'm using MSN 
and Jabber, so it's possible that the problem is in the ICQ protocol.

Can you please tell us if the problem still exists on you system? If yes, 
provide a more step-by-step description of what you do before kopete crashes. 
Do you mean that you press "connect all", then "disconnect all", and then 
"connect all" again?
