Bug#253882: konqueror: the cited URL no longer gives a crash

While the bug was 100% reproducible for a couple of months following my
original report, a recent random retest has shown that it no longer is.
My konqueror package has not been updated since, but the kdelibs4 and
others have (see the reportbug-provided System Information below).
Please feel free to mark it fixed if you feel no additional retesting is
required.
