Bug#250631: kdelibs-bin: Please mention kdcop in man page of dcop

Hello Adeodato,
attached you find an updated dcop.sgml. I changed the following:

*) Expanded the abbreviation of DCOP once. I did not mention KDE
   there, because I assume it is left out on purpose, since DCOP is not
   limite to KDE, right?

*) Added an examples-section. I got these examples from our local KDE
   guru, please adjust if you know better ones.

*) I added a SEE-ALSO-Section. I added there dcopserver as well,
   because then the reader sees the reference to KDE there.

Well, I hope these man pages get integrated upstream at some time as
well.
