FriBidi dependency

You receive this since your package depends on libfribidi0.

I have updated the fribidi package to generate a proper shlib file so
that the proper dependency will be set in dependent packages, this is as
a replacement for the so versions that the upstream authors don't use.

The library itself and its interface weren't changed so the only thing
needed to avail of this update to fribidi is to rebuild the package. If
you want to make sure that you (and the buildds) use the proper package
you can modify your Build-Depends: from 'libfribidi-dev' to
'libfribidi-dev (>= 0.10.4-4)'.
