kleopatra is now in section contrib, which means that missing
dependencies can happen. read /usr/share/doc/kleopatra/README.Debian.
either remove kleopatra (which was not working if you didn't have
gnupg2/gpgsm installed) or install gnupg2+gpgsm from alternative
repositories.
