Please consider at least to include sarge-proposed-updates:

deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian sarge-proposed-updates main contrib non-free

Konqueror is there 3.2.3-1.sarge.2 and I can't reproduce the problem.

Whenever the buildd on 'excotic' ;) architecutures catch up they'll
find their way into sarge.
