Bug#273402: kontact: Suggest/Recommend kpilot instead of Depends

I don't use any PalmOS device so doesn't need KPilot. But Kontact 3.3.0
depends on it so I got it installed.
It's one of uneeded KDE packages in my systems and I think that is
should be optional package for everyone who use Kontact as PIM - PalmOS
users can install kpilot as "extra" and got it in KDEPIM.
