Bug#268748: Importing mbox files prints many bogus "errors" about duplicate subject lines

  just with the last line you'd get quite a few popup-and-click.

  note, however, that many of these duplicate m-id *lines* do not mean
  duplicate *messages*, specially in a debbugs mailbox... (there are
  many messages matching '^Message-Id' in the body).
