Bug#268804: kmail: Sub-Folders not highlighted as having unread mail

Yep same here. If mail comes in at a top level folder then that folder is
BOLD.

If the structure is NOT COLLAPSED when the mail comes in then the folder
the mail goes to IS BOLD.

If the structure is COLLAPSED when the mail is checked in then no folders
are BOLD even once the structure is afterwards expanded. In which case I
need to click on the folder to see if there is new mail, a little annoying
when I have 50+ (sub)folders :)
No I don't get the (0 + 1) either, doesn't make much difference though as
if a sub-folder had new mail but a higher older didn't then the higher
folder would be bold but with no number of new mails listed at all.

I haven't had a chance to test this with a new user yet. If you still
cannot spot what is causing this then I'll try upgrading my other box, the
one that has the older version, to see if I can reproduce this myself.
