Bug#268597: kmail: message composing removes tabs and replaces them with fewer spaces
Package: kmail
Version: 4:3.3.0-2
Severity: important
Hi,
starting with kmail 1.7 from KDE 3.3.0 message composing does not honor tabs in mails.
It removes any tabs used in a mail and replaces them with fewer spaces (not 8 spaces
but less). Previous versions did not remove any tabs. Even experimental packages
(v3.2.92+3.3.0rc1-1) did not remove tabs. I did a downgrade to that version to see
if I get my tabs in composed messages back but the bug is still there, so it seems that
this bug is caused by something else. As there are tons of kde libraries and packages
I really don't know what package is causing this. Any hint?
ciao, Marc
