Bug#264185: kde: DEBIAN-PPC - all KDE stuff segfaults when starting

Justification: breaks the whole system 

I can't send more information about this bug because the only think
that happens is that all kde application goes in segmentation fault
on startup. Here's an example of running kmail from console
