Bug#263430: kaddprinterwizard overwrites cups admin group

As far as I remember, the group lpadmin is configured as CUPS admin by
default. However, invoking kaddprinterwizard once resets the CUPS
admin group to sys, effectively locking out the CUPS admin until root
comes in to fix it.
Please make sure that kaddprinterwizard's default config has the same
admin group than the plain CUPS config.
