Juk should depend on the newer gstreamer 0.8 instead of the old 0.6
version.
This probably means juk should depend on an yet to be created
libkdegst0.8.
Juk's dependency on gst 0.6 is the only thing keeping me from
completely getting rid of gstreamer 0.6 on my machine, and since I don't
use gstreamer with juk, gst 0.6 is just dead weight on my machine right now
